We do require a good rental history through a reputable Agency. 

If you are just starting in the rental market, we do have a process we can take you through to get started.

Current Licence 40 points, Passport 40, Rental Ledger and Receipts 30, Birth Certificate 30, Other Photo ID 30, Student Card 30, Medicare Card 20, Bank Statements 10, Pay Slips 10, Electricity Account statement 10, Vehicle Registration Papers 10.
